3. COLLECTION AND SOURCE OF DATA

These are service messages necessary for the proper execution of orders and services you have requested. Receiving these messages is not related to any choices you have made regarding newsletters or commercial offers; and

  • Information related to the order, payment, delivery, or any product-related request.

5.4 Payment via banking data:

  • When you complete your orders, your payments are secured. Payment data are not collected by Domaine Les Obrières, only a payment identifier is retained to recognize the card used for payment. Your banking information is collected exclusively by our payment service provider, Stripe.

5.5 For compliance with our legal obligations:

​

  • In the course of our business activity, we are subject to legal obligations such as accounting and invoicing. In this context, we are required to process your information related to any order with delivery, including:

  • Information related to the order, payment, delivery, or any product-related request.

6. RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA 

Within the limits of their respective responsibilities and for the purposes outlined in Sections 3 and 5, the main parties who may have access to your data are as follows:

  • Authorized personnel of the various departments of Domaine Les Obrières (administrative, accounting, marketing, sales, logistics, and IT);

  • Companies responsible for managing the Site;

  • Companies responsible for the transport and delivery of products;

  • Companies providing online payment services;

  • Any service providers we engage to manage our activities (CRM, email marketing, invoicing software, data storage, etc.); and

  • Authorized personnel of our subcontractors (if applicable).

Domaine Les Obrières remains responsible for the processing of your data, and we ensure the compliance of data use and the security standards applied

7. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

We retain your data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes pursued, as described in Sections 3 and 5:

7.1 For the management and follow-up of your ACCOUNT, contracts, orders, deliveries, invoices, and customer relationship:

  • Data related to interactions with customer service is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and up to five (5) years after the end of the commercial relationship, for evidentiary purposes.

7.2 For Domaine Les Obrières communications:

​

  • Data is retained as long as the individual remains subscribed to the newsletters.

7.3 For interactions with Customer Service:

  • Data related to interactions with customer service is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and up to five (5) years after the end of the commercial relationship, for evidentiary purposes.

7.4 Payment via banking data:

  • Your banking data is retained by our secure payment service provider for a period not exceeding thirteen (13) months from the debit date, or fifteen (15) months in the case of deferred debit payment cards, for evidentiary purposes.

7.5 For compliance with our legal obligations:

  • Your data is retained for up to ten (10) years to ensure compliance with our tax and accounting obligations.

  • the right to define instructions regarding the use of your data after your death and to choose whether or not we may disclose your data to a third party previously designated by you; and

  • the right to request human intervention in the event of automated decision-making (Article 22 GDPR).
