An Exceptional Terroir in the Heart of Languedoc
With us, the vineyard has found its playground: 8 hectares of organic vines that breathe to the rhythm of reeds and pines. Two enclaves, two stories: in Béziers, the Villafranchian terraces bring depth and character; in Montagnac, gentle clay-limestone hillsides provide finesse and brilliance. Between these landscapes, nature speaks… and our wines echo it.

Our Approach: Life and Precision
We like to think of the estate as a laboratory.
In the vineyard, we observe, analyze, and experiment. We promote biodiversity with cover crops: legumes to enrich the soil with nitrogen, and grasses to add organic matter.
Every gesture counts. Every decision aims to respect the rhythm of life. Soils are naturally enriched, water is managed through ditches and ponds, and biodiversity is encouraged through agroforestry.

La plantation de nos vignes a été faite à la main, avec l’expertise de professionnels, dans une approche permacole : sol vivant, biodiversité renforcée, écosystème restauré.
Nous visons la certification biologique, puis biodynamique, dès les premières années, pour produire un vin unique, en harmonie avec le terroir.

A Conservatory of Forgotten Grape Varieties
In 2023, thanks to the collective support of Terra Hominis, we planted a conservatory of forgotten Mediterranean white grape varieties: Villard Blanc, Aramon Blanc, Carignan Blanc, Chasselas, Listan, Terret, Macabeu, Muscat Petit Grain, Piquepoul, and Valensi Bianco.
Each vine is a memory of the land. Each plot tells a story. Our ambition: to preserve, enhance, and anticipate climate challenges while enriching biodiversity.
