Fringants - French White Wine

Blend of two different harvests from clay-limestone soils: an early-harvested batch to bring freshness and liveliness, and a fully ripened harvest to provide the full aromatic spectrum of Viognier. This results in a white wine that is lively with the characteristic aromatic profile of Viognier, without being overly opulent or heavy.


TASTING NOTES
 Appearance: This cuvée displays a beautiful intense garnet color with bright reflections, hinting at a concentrated aromatic profile.
Nose: Opens with an enchanting bouquet of ripe red fruits, dominated by cherry and raspberry. Subtle hints of blackberry and blackcurrant enhance the olfactory palette, while a delicate touch of spice adds depth.


Palate: The entry is smooth and harmonious, revealing a silky and elegant texture. Red fruit aromas intertwine with delicate notes of tapenade, offering wonderful complexity. A hint of eucalyptus on the finish brings pleasant freshness and extends the tasting experience with subtlety.
