Nose: An airy and refined bouquet, blending floral notes of white flowers (acacia, hawthorn) with hints of ripe apricot, exotic fruits, and a touch of citrus, all supported by subtle minerality.
Palate: Lively and fresh effervescence, with a slightly zesty texture and an elegantly fruity finish. Apricot and pineapple add depth, while the white flowers highlight its finesse. The balance between tension and roundness makes this a pure, vibrant, and wonderfully refreshing wine.
