Fringants
Vin de France

2024
DESCRIPTION
A blend of two different harvests from clay-limestone soils: one harvested slightly underripe to bring freshness and liveliness, and one harvested at optimal ripeness to provide the full aromatic range of Viognier. This results in a white wine that is lively, showcasing the characteristic aromatic profile of Viognier, without being overly rich or heavy.
